Nixon Group provides IBS Maintenance services such as the conduct of preventive and corrective checks on IBS, as well as the replacement of faulty ELV equipment. We provide IBS Maintenance services for customers whose IBS were designed, supplied and installed by us or by third parties. Our clients include customers from both the public and private sectors. Our IBS Maintenance services are typically offered for a duration of one to three years and our fees are usually payable on a monthly basis.
For IBS Solutions projects designed, supplied and installed by us, our customers will receive complimentary maintenance services during the Warranty Period. Prior to the expiry of the Warranty Period, we will approach our customers with the view to offering our IBS Maintenance services.
Since 2001, we provide maintenance services for Hong Kong Housing Authority. In 2004, we were awarded with another three-year contract by the HKHA for the maintenance of the IBS installed in certain public housing estates in Hong Kong.
